Types

Twice-baked Almond Croissant: Twice baked croissant filled with homemade frangipane, topped with flaked almonds, and dusted with powdered sugar.

Plain Croissant: A buttery, flaky pastry made of laminated yeast dough and butter. Contains: Wheat, Dairy, Egg

Cinnamon Roll: Enriched egg dough like brioche rolled with homemade cinnamon paste.

Plain Scone: A classic scone recipe.

Fruit Scone: They’re soft and crumbly and filled with sultanas. Why not spread some jam on top?
